By using ConvoyConnect you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Drive safely

Never use ConvoyConnect in a way that distracts you while driving. Follow all traffic laws and FMCSA rules, including restrictions on hand-held phone use. Only make calls hands-free and when it is safe and legal to do so. You are responsible for how and when you use the app.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and don’t impersonate anyone.

Acceptable use

• Don’t harass, threaten or spam other users.
• Don’t use location features to track someone without their consent.
• Don’t try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Meetups

Meetups are arranged between users. Use your own judgment and meet in safe, public places. ConvoyConnect isn’t responsible for what happens at meetups.

Service changes

ConvoyConnect is provided “as is”. Features may change, and we may add paid features in the future. We’ll let you know before anything you use today stops being free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ConvoyConnect is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
